We come to your home, look at the job with you, and hand you a written quote with every line spelled out. If something changes, you hear about it before anything moves forward.
Serving Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Oakville and nearby.

Who you will be talking to
I’ll ask a few questions, come out to see the job, and tell you straight what it needs and what it doesn’t. If a $150 fix will do, I won’t sell you a $5,000 one.
Our plumbers, electricians and HVAC techs are our own people. That means the person who quotes your job is the same team that does it, and the same team you can call if something isn’t right.

What we don’t do: after-hours or emergency calls. We book every job ahead of time so the right trade shows up with the right parts, and does it properly the first time.
No hidden fees
Every part of the job gets its own line, so you can see where your money goes. Permits, disposal and clean up are on there too, not added at the end.
If we open a wall and find something nobody could have seen, we stop, show you, and price it before any extra work starts. You decide.
No surprises. Changes get priced in writing first.
We get back to you to ask a few questions and book a time to come see the job.
We see the space, take measurements and talk through what you want. It’s free, and there’s no pressure.
Every line spelled out, with a start date and a rough timeline. Take your time with it.
When we’re done, we go over everything with you. We don’t call it finished until you’re happy.
Yes. We come out, look at the job and give you a written quote. You don’t owe us anything, and nobody will pressure you to sign on the spot.
Honestly, it depends on the space, the materials you pick and what we find. That’s why we look before we quote. Once we’ve seen it, you get a clear number in writing.
Yes. Our trades are licensed for the work they do, and we carry liability insurance. We’re happy to show you proof.
If your project needs one, we’ll tell you at the estimate and include it in your quote. Basements, structural changes and some decks usually do.
For most jobs, yes. We cover floors, keep the dust in the work area and tidy up at the end of each day. For bigger renovations we’ll talk through what to expect before we start.
A few details is plenty. Mel or someone from our team will call you back to set up a visit.
